Mix together nut butter, oil and honey in medium bowl. With a wire whisk, add milk a little at a time, until combined. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt, then add to the liquid mixture, stirring just to combine. Do not beat. Fill oiled muffing tins 2/3 full, and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ |
